Lightning Strikes Twice

Two MSC Lightning teams have made Club history by winning the USA Cup, one of the world's largest and most prestigious tournaments. Over 900 teams from all over the world celebrated together for the start of one of the most exciting tournaments in the world. Famous celebrities like Barcelona FC Samual Eto'o, plus Survivor's Ethan Zohn & USA National Team Member Leslie Osborne made an appearance and shared words of wisdom.

The U12 boys coached by Rob Gillies won their final 8-2 over an American team, United FC from Wisconsin while the U13 boys coached by Dino Cramarossa won their final 2-1 over Real Madrid – Mexico.Congratulations to both teams who represented Markham and Canada proudly on their way to the title of USA Cup Champions.
